Barbarian

Grim Devastator

This build is focused around using a 2 Hander weapon (Axe/Mace/Pole Arm) or 2 Hand Sword+Shield, Battle Cry reduces enemy defenses and damage making it easier to hit them and they do less damage, when using this build you do not need to have intense focus on attack rating, by reducing enemy defenses with Battle Cry it will make it easier to them so you can rather focus on other stats over attack rating, such as attack speed and defensive gear, Grim Ward increases the damage enemies take for the duration they are affected and also works a support skill by forcing them to run away, great offensively and defensively

Wind Leaper

This build is focused around Leap Attack and Whirlwind, the higher the weapon damage the better :), the idea is that whirlwind is your main AOE attack and Leap Attack is used to single out and kill high threat monsters such as Shaman who ressurect smaller guys, the Unique monster boss in a pack. You whirlwind through the pack/packs and then leap attack the boss minnion and/or summoner and then Whirlwind back through the back, the idea is that Leap Attack can be used both defensively as an escape or offensively to close gaps, the damage on leap attack is so high that most monsters should take some serious damage and smaller monsters should die in single hits, Demoralizing Cry can be used inbetween Whirlwind Stops to reduce enemy chance to hit and damage to alleviate pressure from the Barbarian while in Whirlwind mode

Paladin

Holy Sanctuary
(Note: Holy Bolt, Fist of the heavens bolts and Sanctuary now not only deals damage to undead but to all monsters)

This build is focused around Holy Bolt, Fist of the Heavens and Sanctuary, with faster cast rate this build will be extremely powerful. Holy bolt is great for single target shooting where as Fist of the Heavens does good single target damage but has a short delay between casts, however, when faced with packs Fist of the Heavens shines down with force, the AOE bolts spread with as many bolts as there are target around the main target. Sanctuary itself is the Paladins sanctuary, although the time between ticks is 5 seconds, it allows for great pushback and escapes with high magic damage. You have meditation for that added mana regeneration and Holy Shield for the added defense and block.

Vengeful Conviction

This build is focused around Vengeance and Conviction, this is a very elemental damage orientated build, unlike the physical and magic damage builds this is extremely versatile as there are three primary elemental damage outputs (lightning, fire, cold), most monsters have single resistence immunities and conviction will break most immunities, in cases where the immunities cannot be broken is where the other two elements from Vengeance shines. This build is also extremely strong vs physically immune monsters, since the damage synergy is reliant on the other elemental damage. Although conviction does allows for great elemental damage against monsters due to lowered resistences, this build is a very single target focused build but with excellent damage. Holy shield also provides great defense and block.

Druid

The Alpha

This build is focused around summons and enhancing those summons with Druids Claw, the Wolves whether Spirit or Dire are about equal in strength, with 8 Spirits wolves or 6 Dire Wolves, the druid can feel safe that he will be protected. Bears are great for boss fights as they are extremely resilient and deal great amounts of damage. Heart of the wolverine and Druids Claw combined make for an extremely powerful buff to the pack, including the druid himself, he would not be much of an Alpha it did not hunt with his pack and lead them. With this build you will still be shapeshifting into a Werewolf and use Feral Rage and Fury to deal damage, this is so that you are not totally weak and just standing behind your pack, but actually leading them into the fights, but your pack will be the ones who are tearing enemies apart. Druids Claw will need to be maintained in order to maximize your packs strength and your own.

Storm Raven

This build is focused around Hurricanes, Tornados and Twisters while your ravens pick off low health and heavily damage enemies. Calling on the forces of nature the druid is able to conjure massive damaging winds, that deal both cold and physical damage to enemies. Do not underestimate the combination of the damage of winds combined with the assault of Ravens, they make for extremely deadly strikes on the enemy and it is almost a swarming build, while your winds carry forward dealing damage the ravens are picking at your enemies and any low health enemies will quickly be vanquished. Twister will be your main attacking skill, throwing out as many as you can while Hurricane and Ravens move around you dealing damage, Tornado is the inbetweener, once you have activated Hurricane and move around casting Twisters, Tornado is the skill you use as the bigger strike since it sends out only 1 tornado and has a 1 second cooldown, as soon as you have cast Tornado you are back to casting as many Twisters as you can, reading each situation.

Amazon

Fire and Ice

This build is focused around the ability to deal great fire damage and cold damage, allowing the Amazon to be effective against most monster unless in the rare occasion where you run into a monster with both immunities, but fear not, should you run into such a monster you have Magic Arrow which does a very good amount of magic damage and synergizes with both Immolation and Freezing Arrow. This build is not very strong on survivability but definitely is strong on dealing elemental damage and covers allot of immunities, cold for fire immunes, fire for cold immunes and magic arrow is your filler, great single target damage for those pesky fire/cold immunes :)

Dodge and Avoid = 1 Point in each and then the rest of the points till max to increase survivability

Juxtapose

This build is focused around the melee centred Amazon build, for years no one has seen a melee Amazon, these beautiful creatures have been in hiding and honing their skills, finally they have come to Arreat, now that Sanctuary is being threatened by destruction from the prime Evils. This change in power will surely sway the tides of war in the favor of the champions of Sanctuary in defeating the prime evils and their hordes forever. Jab is one of the primary attacks for single target, a triple jab that does alot of damage, for her aoe attacks the Amazon has trained in the are of fending with spears, hitting multiple targets. Defensively this Amazon has mastered the art of dodging melee attacks and evading ranged attacks, to help her reduce pressure she is equipped with Slow Missile which does exactly what it says, it slows incoming missiles for a period when used, in order to help her hit her mark she has penetrate and innersight combined with Decoy it should make it much easier for her to survive high pressure moments. She also has Critical Strike which gives her a massive boost to her critical strike rating allowing her to deal massively increased damage when she lands a critical strike. A versatile build but still prone to being swarmed unless all her skills are utilized properly.

Necromancer

Bonemancer

This build is focused around bone skills, this build is very fun and very interesting and extremely strong in general, it is a good mix of survivability with great damage dealing offensive skills. One of the few builds that are a far step away from summons. Although teeth is great for AOE spread, Bonespear is great for strait line AOE, backed up with Bone Spirit the build shines between enough AOE and Single target damage, with the introduction of physical damage to Bonespear and Bone Spirit it becomes a choice in whether you want to go for Teeth or Bonespear as your AOE, Teeth increases the magic damage of Bonespirit whereas Bonespear increases the physical damage component of Bone Spirit. Decrepifying presence is both a excellent damaging and defensive skill, the AOE damage with full synergy is simply amazing and the reduced stats on enemie makes this skill the centre of the bone build, combined with Bone Armor it defintely increases the Nercomancers survivability by a large degree.

Venomancer

This build is focused around poison skills, Poison Nova will be your primary AOE combined with Decrepifying presence it will deal alot of damage without having to directly deal with monsters, in the case of Poison Immunes you always have Decrepifying presence to deal the damage, but since a primary skill in this build is "Lower Resistence" it will make for easy killing once you have enough supporting gear and levels. The one shining jewel or should I say the pestilent crux, is Poison Strike, this attack has an extremely high chance to hit and deal an incredible amount of poison damage, the only downfall being that you need to move into melee range for it to be used.

Sorceress

Elemental Fury

This build is focused around the elements and the sorceress ability to summon forth ELemental Spirits to aid her in battle, this is a tru tri-element build which will give you the ability to deal with all monsters and immunities, through fire, cold and lightning. Although this build is not a super defensive build, it sure is an extremely versatile damage build, with her elementals at her side, the sorceress at least is not alone and has some fall back, the elementals are tethered to the sorceress and that is why they always remain close to her, the elementals are also very aggressive and will engange her enemies without hesitation, being elementals they are also very resilient against all forms of damage.

Frost Scale

This build is a pure cold build, although alot of defensive support is required through equipment in order for this build to shine, it is truly a powerful build, while Frozen Orb is your primary damage dealer dealing both cold and physical damage, the other offensive/defensive abilities that you will rely on are Chilling and Shiver Armors, these armors deal an extreme amount of both cold and physical damage and all three these skills synergize perfectly with eachother, the important aspect of this build is that you will be required to switch between chilling and shiver armor depending on the larger amount of enemies you are dealing with, depending whether they are ranged or melee. Shiver Armor for melee and Chilling for Range, everytime you are attacked by a melee or ranged depending on your armor the armor will retaliate with a very large amount of damage, besides the chilling effect it leave on enemies it will deal these large amounts of damage passively. This is a masterful build and will take alot of experience and equipment to be super effective.

Zip Zapper (by Bikurimomo)

This build is focused on being what a lightning Sorceress is, swift and dangerous. With Thunder Storm striking at any visible enemies, a calculated combo of distance with teleport and nova, and lastly a deadly strike of telekinesis which can bring Diablo to his knees. Just teleport around while casting Nova and Static with Thunder Storm on. After clearing all the enemy packs, use Telekinesis to bring down the Boss.

Assassin

Psychic Assassin

This build is focused on the psyche of the Assassin, it is a extremely versatile, strong and fun build, you have just about every tool you will need to survive and crush your enemies. Using her mind the Assassin can summon three Assassins Blades that will cut down her enemies with pure precision and focus, to further extend the power of her mental abilities she has Psychich Hammer which is a great single target cast that only gets better with faster cast rate, when dealing with packs she can revert to Mind Blast, a great AOE skills that even has a small chance to hurt the minds of her enemies that they become confused and turn on their own. Cloak of Shadows is a great utility to both help her when she is being surrounded to escape and also to reduce enemies defenses while her blades cut them down, she is not totally without utility and still has Fade and Burst of Speed to use depending on her situation. Her mental abilities even stretch to allow her to summon a Shadow Master to assist her, the beauty of it all.

Storm Striker

This build is focused around lightning damage and the pure art of it, the assassin is quick like lightning and able to strike back at enemies with precision, the friction caused by her retaliation causes massive lightning damage to attackers, backed up by a Lightning Sentry, Shock Webs and the ability to charge up using Claws of Thunder solidifies her strength as a master in the art of lightning damage. Not being without defense she can choose to use either Fade or Burst of speed depending on what she requires at that moment, to let go of her chargded lightning she can also choose to do so by using kicks or claws, Dragon Talon kicks with a shield and weapon for the higher defense or Claws with Dragon Claw. Even though this build is limited to lightning damage, she is surely proficient at it.

Blade Queen

This build is focused around blades and more blades, this is a very narrow build but is exceendgly good at dealing damage when attacked through Blade Shield and attacking using Blade Fury. This is a pure focus build using a very narrow band of skills but being effective with them. This is the Assassins pure physical damage build.
